REDISTRIBUTION
Powered by volunteers, Zharity mobilizes community action—collecting, sorting and redistributing gently-loved goods—to 40+ local Community Partners. This keeps needed items out of the waste-stream and distributes them where they are needed most
ESSENTIAL NEEDS
Supporting Community Partners with items that cannot be gently-used. Zharity provides essential needs such as hygiene products and reusable feminine pads (made by Zharity volunteers) to Community Partners.
HOW WE DO THIS
WITH YOUR DONATIONS
Monetary donations directly support Zharity’s work, for example:
Pay for rent on the storage unit where Zharity collects, sorts and redistributes gently-used items.
Fund the purchase of hygiene products
Zharity delivers donated items to those who truly need them through our Community Partners—keeping usable goods out of the waste stream.
WITH VOLUNTEERS
Zharity’s work is 100% volunteer driven.
Verein members are at the heart of our work—running collections, identifying Community Partner needs, and leading our events and projects. Membership fees go directly toward supporting our programs.
If you are not ready to become a Verein member, you can still join us at community events and volunteer for single projects.
WITH CORPORATE PARTNERS
Zharity is always seeking Corporate Partners who understand our mission and want to support our work. Through our Corporate Program, we offer events that help fundraise for our initiatives.
Zharity gratefully accepts financial and in-kind donations, which go directly toward strengthening our work and supporting our local Community Partners.
