Board Nomination: Hannah Nelson, Treasurer

The Board Nominates Hannah Nelson as Zharity Treasurer. The vote will be held at our General Assembly on January 22. 

How did you get involved with Zharity?

Seeking meaningful ways to contribute to the community, I was fortunate enough to have a colleague introduce me to Zharity. Intrigued by the prospect of making a positive difference, I eagerly embraced the opportunity to get involved. 

What projects are you currently working on?

While I may be a recent addition to the Zharity, my commitment and engagement have been unwavering from the start. One notable involvement was my participation in the International Volunteer Day, where I enthusiastically contributed to packing 3000 hygiene kits. Beyond hands-on activities, I've been meeting with the Board and finance team, exploring innovative avenues to streamline processes. I am eager to bring fresh perspectives to the table. Despite being new, my dedication to the organisation's mission is resolute, and I am excited to continue finding impactful ways to contribute to its growth and success.

What additional information would you like to share?

I’m super excited to put my love for Google Sheets and numbers to good use. I’m so grateful for the team giving me this opportunity and look forward to helping keep the team not only from a financial perspective but also getting more involved in the hand-on activities.
