Thank You, Google!

Recently, an incredible team from Google rolled up their sleeves and joined the Zharity team led by Corporate Partnerships Team Paula Carcius and Bindu Fernandes for a city clean-up along the shores of Lake Zurich - and what a day it was!

Armed with gloves, trash pickers, and infectious energy, the group collected an impressive 40.5 kilos of litter — from cigarette butts to plastic bottles (plus a few unexpected surprises - see photo below!). It was one of the biggest clean-up hauls of the season!

We're so grateful to the Google team for showing up with heart and purpose, and thank you Eylin Bloom for leading this collaboration. Events like this do not just enhance our environment — they help us build a more connected, compassionate community, while supporting those most in need.
